Yes, I admit it. I know it’s bad, but I absolutely love sugar.
I’ve read articles on how to quit sugar, but I don’t even WANT to. I can’t even imagine living without sugar.
I drove through a town before that had street signs where the street called Sugar street intersected with High street. I told my husband I want to live in that house at the corner of Sugar and High. (It was an ugly house though, lol)
Have any of you LOVED sugar and quit anyway?
Or are any of you like me and LOVE sugar and don’t want to quit?

I have a weakness for Sno-balls (New Orleans style shaved ice), which are more or less pure sugar in shaved ice. It is cane sugar, which is not as bad as the high fructose corn syrup in most sodas, but it's still something you shouldn't have too much of.
I have been able to cut back on my sugar as of late, while trying to have more "green drinks" and get more vitamin k2 into my diet -- it's good for stronger teeth, especially when paired with D3, and has anti-aging properties among other benefits.
I can't give up my sno-balls completely though! I occasionally ponder whether there is a way to make them healthy. There are sugar free ones but I don't do sugar substitutes other than those that are naturally occurring.

I don’t like artificial sweeteners either. And I have a green powder I put in fruit smoothies I make (once in awhile). I’m in the habit of drinking a soda everyday in the afternoon. If I could get back to just drinking water that would be good. Maybe someday. Thanks for all your comments.

You're very welcome!
I used to have the soda habit too. It started when I was in high school because getting up in the morning was impossible (I'm not a morning person) and the caffeine just made things easier. I have found, however, that since I started taking trace mineral supplements, I have been craving sugar less and less. If I stop taking my minerals for an extended period of time, I start to crave a lot of sugar again (I guess because I've become minerally deficient again). This is a video on the subject I found very interesting and that introduced me to this concept, and the information in it actually worked for me:
