…I want to stay longer here, but it is the hot temperature that prevents me from doing so. I am literally sweating profusely, this after my bath a few minutes ago. Not only the sweat, but it is also so humid. Can you imagine that?
I still have less than 150 notifications to complete, but I have to beg off again. I really like to interact with you, but the environment is so selfish.
I hope the weather tomorrow will be kind to us, and show us the gentle side of rain and cool wind, but it is a good thing that I am at home and no hospital work as of yet. Who knows, the rainy season will come later, maybe next month.

oh yes, I know this kind of weather.. we get heat and humidity in the summer... today it was very warm in the 80's (farenheit) but not as humid as the day before so that was good. but it still make it uncomfortable to sleep in.. I wish you luck and coolness

I can’t stand heat anymore either. We had a few really hot days last week and my car’s air conditioner broke. It hasn’t been too bad lately and my car’s air conditioner is getting fixed today.

@ridingbet yes, she is from the Philippines, she got married and moved to the United states 5 yrs ago, this is her first trip back home and her body wasn't used to the heat anymore. I have tried to reach her as I haven't heard from her since last Friday and she was really sick. I am hoping she is ok

drinking liberal amount of cold fluids indeed cools down our bodies. it is hard to be outside when the scorching heat of the sun's rays hit our skin.
a drink of fluids with electrolytes is also good for those who are athletics, like cycling. usually, if we experience muscle weakness, we might be having hypokalemia, that is why a piece of banana is always a saving fruit.
