Of course. I'm already 18 and for me, I'm still young to get married. Even 30 years old for me is so young to marry.

It depends on a person. At this age, one may look like 20y.o. while another looks like a 12y.o. It depends on a culture and nationality, some people become mature faster than others. And the most important question is "For what?" I began dating at 14y.o., and it was cool. Why marriage? What if a teenager will change his mind in the future?

Of course age 16 is too young age to get married. The perfect age to get married is 23 years or 24 years.
