It has been proven by science that jogging brings many benefits. It increases stamina and makes us healthy and fit. This is one exercise that we must do on a daily basis an little by little, increase the distance gradually. If you haven't been jogging lately, then now is the best time to start this regime each and every day.

I can't jog because of my asthma, but I do try to walk at least two miles. Sometimes it takes a while to walk that much, depending on the heat and whatnot, but I do like to walk.

@Herlyn123 -- it's a chronic disease. Childhood asthma is something that people can (and frequently do) "outgrow." Adult asthma tends to be permanent.

Hope you will be doing fine in the days ahead. Asthma takes a longtime to be cured right? Or is it with you already forever? Just curious. Hope you don't mind me asking.

Jogging is really good for our health. I seldom run and often walk.

That's healthy too. Pedaling is good for the leg muscles.
