Trying a New Dish.

How’s your Tuesday? I accompanied my hubby to his ENT for throat checkup. He has been suffering from sore throat for two days.
I just got home and I am going to try a new dish that I saw on a cooking channel on Youtube. That's it in the picture up there; It’s called Chicken Sprite. Oh, wish me luck. I am thawing the chicken now and later I will rub the spices on it and Marinade it for an hour before cooking. I am keeping my fingers crossed. I hope it’ll turn out good.
Have you tried cooking a new dish recently?

nope. you just boil it in water and sprite with oyster sauce

It looks delicious. I too try variety dishes,I prefer to try non-veg dishes more. Recently I did not try to cook any new dish.
