Climate Change

Scientific evidence has shown that the world is increasing in temperatures, but have we felt the consequences? Just this past year, I got 50 inches of snowfall on Christmas Eve and Day. And now I’ve been experiencing weather in the high 80s (31°C) when it’s supposed to be in the 60s or 70s. Is this evidence or is global warming just a hoax? Let me know what you’ve experienced weatherwise!

I’ve heard India has been hit really hard, especially due to its large population along with polluting vehicles. Don’t they have many regulations to reduce car pollution and emissions?

Wow, that’s a huge temperature difference! Have you personally done anything to help the environment and stop climate change?

Unusually heavy snow is just as much a product of global warming as heatwaves. The warmer the planet becomes, the more active and extreme the weather is in general. More moisture will evaporate from the oceans and then, of course, fall as rain or snow. The warmer the atmosphere becomes in general, the more active it becomes and the more hurricanes, tornadoes, storms and heavy rain or snow there is.

Thanks for the additional information.

It has been an old issue. Global warming has been experiencing for so many years now. Is this statistic based on your country?

Climate change has been around for ages by I’ve finally noticed the number and intensity of storms increase dramatically especially since Hurricane Harvey, Irma, and others.

Technically the problem is climate change (your high 80's when it should be cooler). Global Warming is a misnomer. It (global warming) has happened before. Never as fast as now but it has happened.
