Eggplants are nutritious and because of these nutrients it will be wise of us to add to our dishes.it helps to control heart diseases,high in antioxidant's, prevent cancer,put blood sugar level under control. Do you like eggplant?

My grandmother eats eggplant all the time!!! I like it as well with cheese and tomato sauce and fried!!!!

Pretty much. It's my favorite. I cook tortang talong and kids love it. With ground pork and lots of onions garlic
