From size 40 now 32 waist line.

Hello everyone. I just want to share how happy I am today. I always wear jogging pants or pajama for the past 3 weeks. And today I feel like wearing shorts to the grocery. I reached for my ussual denim shorts size 40 cause that is the only shorts that fits me perfectly. And I was shocked that it was too big on me. And I went to ny drawer and searched for my old denim shorts size 32 and it fitsme well. Wow. In just 2 weeks and 2 days I lost a lot just by cutting sugar and salt on my diet. No exercise yet. Maybe I will start to do some exercise by thurs or fri. Yey

Goodluck to you too. My only advise is do it little by little cause there is a tendency that you might feel dizzy at first. And just keep on drinking water atleast 2 liters a day. It helps.

Thanks, I will try to incorporate it with exercise. Maybe nextweek. I already downloaded an app to help me tone and jiggling tummy. Lol

Cutting sugar and salt. I think i can take it with sugar but not salt. Very interesting idea. Congrats.

I just read some articles about natural way of losing weight. And most of the articles are about eating less sugat and cutting sugar. And drinking lots of water plus exercise. Though I am still lazy to do some exercise yet. But maybe I will try next week.

At first it is really a struggle. But after the 4th day that I refrain myself from eating sugar and salt I kinda get used to it. And I drink a lot of water to curve my cravings.

@hereandthere I try to eat fruits and veggies as much as possible and some wheat bread too. Whenever I feel hungry or bored with what I eat. I eat sardines in tomatosauce and I make it spicy.

There are some natural sugar from fruits and I put some butter or magarine in some of my dish. Butter and margarine are goid fats so it is just fine but in moderation also.
