Who makes the noise?

For several weeks, maybe 5 or 7 weeks, the downstair neighbour was decorating his home. There are terrible noise every day from 9:00 to 6:00 in the afternoon. I think maybe he wants to decorate his home as grand as a king's palace, it will be lucky for us to live with a king, so we all pay enough patience to wait the end of decoraction. This morning, a big noise come from nowhere, I felt really really impatient, what a bad morning. But when i kept looking for the sound source, it came from the washing machine, it was working for drying clothes by spining. Sometimes, when we tortured by a bad person or a wicked thing, we blame that person or hate the bad luck. Although The bad thing was already ended, they still last a long time in our mind, we will be troubled by such bad things. At the begining we are influenced by others from outside, afterwards, we actually totured by ourselves. Why?
