Hello everyone. Today I did not have a choice but to receive an unwanted guest, my mother-in-law. No, it is not that I do not want her here or she is not welcome here. It is just that we are still on our slumber when she came. I was not expecting her though because the last time we spoke, she will be coming tomorrow. Do you welcome unwanted guest?

Sometimes it's just way too early in the day to receive guests. Was it a good surprise despite it being too early?

As if I have a choice not to receive her. A good surprise for the kids but of course we are still lazy to move.

It isn't very nice to be caught unawares by a guest. It's a pity she hadn't let you know she was coming.

i always welcome unwanted guest most especially when it's a family member.. I know how you feel when she arrived unexpectedly and you got kinda annoyed by it because you are still in a slumber when she came. She should have informed ahead at least for you to be aware.

Thankfully I have never had that problem. Any visitors usually call ahead of time and they know my sleep schedule. They can't get into my apartment building if I'm not up to let them in.

All visitors or guests are welcome to my house anytime, provided they don't bring sad stories in order to burrow money

I am not a fan of unexpected guests. Even in the case of my family I ask them to let me know before they come. We could be busy with professional appointments or phone calls and the guests could be a nuisance.
