So I got a letter in the mail today stating my son is no longer disabled and is losing his SSI. He gets a check for July and August yet but not much. He no longer has a learning disability. I am depressed but I have contacted my credit card companies and letting them know until I figure out my finances I will no longer to make payments on them. I only can in 2 of them. My husband will be picking up the 2 major bills my son was paying for and now I am looking into getting a job or hoping my businesses pick up. I now have a lot on my plate and a lot on my mind so I am hoping things look up here soon. This is not the news I ever wanted to hear but it happens. It is what it is I guess. TTYL!

That's actually great news your son is doing better & doesn't have a disability. Hopefully you get to work something out though.

Dean no longer has a learning disability? That is wonderful to hear! This means he has finally caught up, with his mental development, for his age! You should be so happy, to know that Dean has reached his highest potential, for a six year old:)

Who decided that your son no longer has a disability? Does he hold a paying job?
Only if he is working either full or part time would he lose his disability. At least that is how it works in my country.
