Yes, we should have good hygiene, but perhaps she's a busy person and hasn't had time.

Without knowing the lady, it's hard to judge. Things like diabetes or cancer etc. can make it hard for someone to take care of their nails on their own. I recall when I worked as a CNA, only a doctor was allowed to cut the nails of diabetic patients. Then again, some women like to have long toenails for some reason, especially with French manicure

I do agree with you there. I'm not going to lie this did make me a little queasy. Probably because I hate feet and they just gross me out for some reason. I think aswell people forget about there feet as most of us just put on socks and shoes and are mostly hidden. Personally if my feet looked like that I know for a fact they wouldn't be out haha.

She needs to cut her toe nails and some of the nail varnish has come off. I wish her to repaint her nails the same colour or not wear nail varnish at all.

That is how ingrown toenails begin. I always took care of my feet and nails. I keep them trimmed and looking decent. That reminds me. I need to put on my summer color nail polish.

Long toes and not well manicured. It doesn't look good

It is also part of proper hygiene. Me, I don't put any nail polish, I just clean and cut it.
