I was sitting here doing some work on my computer and drinking my cup of tea. Then I started hearing a strange noise, kind of like someone using a rusty saw, but the rhythm was too regular. My mind promptly went to thinking one of the neighbors was in trouble..NO that didn't fit the sound. So I put on my sandals and went outside to check. The noise continued and finally I spotted the source....at the top of the driveway. There it was with its big watery eyes and huge ears, wanting me to bring its morning loaf of bread! I quickly raced inside and grabbed a loaf of bread and raced outside again. (I had presence of mind to grab my tablet to get a piicture) Of course I had to feed the first few slices by hand, but I did get a picture of the spoiled brat! Now to think of a name for my new "child".
