India

I hope most here are aware of Black salt and its benefits and actually its so very good for us and its most commonly known as Kala Namak and of course its more consumed in India, Pakistan and other Asian countries and considered as good alternative of Sea Salt. Black salt is regarded as best for curing Constipation And Bloating and also can cure joint disorders but i have never seen this happen LOL but i am more concerned about its different taste and actually it cannot be used in cooking as like normal salt but it can be used in Lemonade and on fruits as well. You can check about its benefits from below link: What are your views about it? Are You Aware of Benefits of Black Salt? Do you like to try it? Please Share.
We all are familiar with the black salt usage in our kitchens, but do you know what benefits it has to offer? Well, know best black salt benefits right here

I do not like the sulfur smell of black salt, I know it is used in Ayurveda as a laxative.
