@mlgen1037 lucky you. The noise of my neighbors somehow make me happy. I just dont like it in the early morning and in late night.

Maybe they are outsiders? But I doubt that. It could your neighbors child.

If we do that our family might have some misunderstanding. Some of those loud voices were coming from my aunties and others.

@chicnthin I used to work third shift. There were times when they would be loud and rowdy at 8 or 9 in the morning. There was once that I called their house and told their grandmother that I was tired and wanting to sleep could they please stop them from being so loud. They stopped playing loud music and all was okay. Now it is noise from them playing around with their cars. THere is not much I can do because they noise they make is within the sound ordinance. I believe it's before 8 AM and after 10 PM that you can call the police and get them to come out.

@ScribbledAdNauseum they could play their music without being much loud. I see, it now something to do with their cars. They should have discipline,and be more aware that there are tired people who wants to have a good sleep. Some are just really ignorant.

Have you ever tried talking about it to them? That is just so loud. Some of my neighbors are my relatives. I could not talk about it, maybe my mom could.

dont they know that it is still early to shout haha. I dont mind them having fun, just not in the early morning and late nightm

You are so lucky. I agree with you when it comes to kids. Specially when you are sleeping. But at the same time, it makes me happy that they are still playing outside. Lots of kids today just enjoy their gadgets.
