Just start spending time on mylot and start some discussions and respond to other guys and slowly slowly you will understand how to earn on mylot. But, here i saw that earning is very slow. Min payout is 5$ and that also to achieve in 1 month is difficult.

If you want to people to interact with you (that is how you earn) you have to become a person that people what to interact with. Repond to the discussions that other people start and comment back when people respond to your discussions. Those things are more important than starting a lot of new discussions.
