Have you been summoned to your local Barangay office or to an attorney?

I received another letter coming from our local Barangay two days ago.
It's a dialogue between us and the same complainant.
This two complainant is already in my nerve. And I'm already pissed with them.
This two complainant are our renters. They've been given a long month to find a new place but looks like they don't want to move out. There has been a commotion before because they spread rumors about the house, they said it was abandoned until the said rumor reached to the ears of my Aunt, my Fathers sister.
She went to the house and told those renters that she has the land title meaning the house or the place is never abandoned. She tried to have them move out of the house but these renters who happen to be a Senior citizen carried their rights as a renter. And they have a thick face to stay.
Until the commotion happened. To make the story short, the commotion went to our local Barangay. We thought it was all settled because my Aunt paid them for the things they made some changes inside the house. Even the case they filed for my Father, the harassment thing.
Then 4 days ago, Father was called in the City Hall. The two annoying senior citizen push through the case which my Father thought was all settled.
Now, we are wondering what are they aftering from us.
We thought of two reasons, it could be they want some money from us or they don't want to move out of the house.
These two senior citizens, they have a thick face.

Good morning, Bhem. There are people who will really get into your nerves. We have been summoned because of that same problem. But we are the renters and the landlady does not want to give back our deposit.

@JustBhem Annoying. “Tumatandang paurong” (Immature). They are using the fact that they are seniors to get sympathy. Relax, my friend. Keep us updated.

Actually, we are not the owner, it was already sold to someone and pay half of the said amount. My Aunt, which is my Father's sister still holds the land title.
Supposedly it should have not for rent, but since Mother likes money, she was the one who let these two senior citizens rent the house. She never told us about out, until I found out, they've been renting for 3 months already and Mother was the one who collects the rent without telling me. It was all mo Mother's fault and my Aunt and my Father needs to pay for the trouble she started. If only she did listen to me about not to have someone renting the place, there should be no trouble. But she likes money, so she keeps it from us.
