i pamper myself by getting a fine massage from a practiced / licensed visually impaired masseurs and masseuses and also having a pedicure every month. =)

Oh, your nails are really beautiful! Anyway, it's great you pamper yourself every once in a while. We really do need a reward for our own efforts. By giving yourself something that makes you feel good and happy, you encourage yourself to do better in everything else. Men also pamper themselves, of course. After a long day at work, many men would treat themselves with a drink. But as for me... whenever I finish a project I've been working on for months, I would order me a pizza! Meat and Cheese! Now that's my kind of pampering.
