What advice can you give this guy?

This man wrote an advice column on a news paper for an advice for his problem.
I shook my head the moment I read this. This man is so punchable and kickable.
C'mon dude Not only you are a cheater you are also a pig for knocking up two sisters. You cheated on her with her own sister and now both women are going to have kids who are cousins and siblings at the same time.
Also to do the sister, What kind of sister are you? Why have an affair with your sister's boyfriend? You just burned bridges with your own sister. 
On the bright side at least this guy is anonymous and he didn't do this in social media.

This is a situation that is becoming way too common these days. All I gotta say is, boy better have a good job because child support is going to be heavy.

Imagine the awkward Thanksgiving dinner these sisters are going to have. Their kids are siblings and cousins at the same time. It is very messed up.

I would also do anonymous. I would not have the guts to expose my dirty laundry in public. What does it feel that you are half-siblings and half-cousins? All rolled into one. Crazy.
