Marilyn Monroe is sometimes referred to as the hardest working ghost in show business because of the multiple places her ghost has been spotted. The first place that people have witnessed her apparition is the Brentwood home where she lived when she died of an overdose at the age of thirty six. Her ghost has been seen around the garage and lounging beside the pool. The second location that her ghost has been spotted is the Roosevelt Hotel. Sightings in the suite (room 1200) that she often stayed in have been numerous. There used to be a full length mirror in the room and multiple people have seen her standing looking at her reflection. The mirror has since been moved to the hallway. Pictures have been taken at The Roosevelt with what appears to be the ghost of Monroe in them. The third location that the famous blonde bombshell's ghost has been spotted is at The Hippodrome on the Santa Monica Pier. While doing a photo shoot when she was alive she would often sneak away in a disguise to sit on a bench near the carousel and watch families ride it. There are reports of spotting her sitting on the bench. Other accounts spot her in the mirrors on the carousel. Clearly she is vain about her beauty even after death as she is often spotted in mirrors. There has also been various reports of visitors to her Hollywood Star of a pink mist hovering above it.
