Everybody is familiar with the now famous story of Elvis dying at the age of 42 at his home and for as long as he has been dead there have been rumblings that he is still alive and working at gas station in Texas or playing cards with Prince somewhere. However, there are other sightings that are a little more spooky. His ghost much like the one of Marilyn Monroe has been spotted in many locations.
Not only has the ghost of the King of rock'n'roll been spotted across the United States, but he is the most sighed celebrity ghost. His ghost has also been spotted in different "ages" or stages of life, which is a whole 'nother can of worms.
Elvis Presley was buried on the grounds at Graceland because he was always happiest when at Graceland. Which would probably explain why his ghost has been spotted there often. He has been spotted hanging around his grave, and also peering out the windows looking over the grounds. Pictures have been taken in which his face appears in the windows. Many have also said they have spotted a younger Elvis in his soldier attire wandering the grounds. He is not the only spirit that has been seen on the grounds. Elvis had a very close relationship with his mother, and people have spotted her roaming around at Graceland as well.
Elvis performed his last performance at The Hilton the year before he died. His ghost has been seen in his white sequined jumpsuit wandering around his old stomping grounds, as well as in the penthouse that he frequented when he performed there. There have also been reports of seeing him in the basement and the elevator.
A high number of reports of seeing him happen on and around his January 8th birthday in Vegas. He is seen both wandering around and in his famous pink Cadillac.
People have also seen him in the Knickerbocker Hotel, which is where they shot pictures for Heartbreak Hotel.
Maybe Elvis and Marilyn Monroe meet up and their ghosts travel together, because it seems like he is traveling around in the afterlife almost as much as he did when he was alive.

I would think he'd be spotted at restaurants serving peanut butter & banana sammiches, too!

I believe its possible. If Graceland was where he was happiest, I can definitely believe why he would be there.
