There are several approaches to treat addictions. We have those who are addicted to liquor, drugs, cigarettes, myLot??, even workaholics - all these addictions can be contained given the right approach,
But what about illicit sex addiction? Is there an approach to get rid of this disgusting addiction? Will they be ready to go to counselors and talk about it?

That'll be a difficult one. I think one will stop if they are caught or some turns to be religious and faith enlighten them.

Addiction is really a problem and the solution itself depends on the person himself.

They should first admit to themselves that it is an addiction and not think it is normal

I think first thing is to understand what driving the addiction, meaning what are the inner needs they are trying to fulfill by doing those activities. I think there is psychologist may be able to deal with this area?

The first step is acceptance, that they are indeed addicted to something. After that, the next steps will flow continuously.
