My noon snack today was a great-looking delicious cantaloupe! Do you find the color appealing? Can you taste it? Can you smell the particular fragrance?
They are now in season here. So I try eating as many as I can. It was mouth-watering and juicy from the first to the last bite. Yummy!
With all the seeds one cantaloupe has, I don't think they will ever vanish from the earth.
Do you enjoy eating cantaloupes?

I also like watermelons and honeydew melons but the local ones are not available yet. I will get to them as they become available. I will have some bananas later. I wanted something real juicy as it is so hot here.

Are you able to get really sweet cantaloupes in your area? Here, at times they have no taste. However, right now, they are simply delicious!

@buenavida They had a lot of strawberries at the market but they were very expensive. The cantaloupes were 3 for 5$ Canadian and it was better deal for my money. Also I had to carry them on the bus and on the subway and the strawberries would have become jam.

Yes, there are a variety of melons and I like to eat a variety, especially when they are grown locally as they taste so sweet in comparison with those that come far away.

Nothing tastes better than watermelon on a hot day, at least for me, as I avoid ice cream because of the way it is made.

I like them also but it has to be with condensed milk on top, for me to like it so much.
Just like @andriaperry I also like watermelon and honeydew melons more. Especially when the watermelon slices were placed on the freezer for about 1-2 hours - so refreshing and delicious.
