An IIM group of Alumni has started a new business in India which is worth appreciating! They have started a business in supplying milk to every house hold at their door step. What is new in this? They claimed that in normal packed milk what we get is mixed with a added cream, water, milk powder and other things to make it as normal as possible to resemble normal milk. This milk takes at least 14 days to reach our door step! Which is obvious that the milk supplied is not pure and fresh and detrimental for the life. So what did they do? They have a link where from they collect the milk from the Dairy farm directly and subject to tests for 75 parameters by a lab approved by the Government and pass it on its successful results after every 15 days. The milk is supplied directly to the Consumers without any processing. They also supply a testing kit with first supply. This is not only the attraction; they are inviting people to have a trial for a period of 5 days where they will be charging for 4 days. They are claiming to supply Cow Milk and buffalo milk separately and assuring to maintain the cold storage chain. What is your opinion about this project and the brains of these persons with innovative idea to supply us with a fresh natural food without which our day to day life would go to helter-skelter? I am proud of these boys and the efforts they are taking! Please respond, your responses will be highly appreciated as usual!

Absolutely. I suffer from lactose intolerance. So though it will not help me, it does make sense. I would, however, like food storing units and solar systems in each village.

Hi, vanny, can you get some yogurt with live lactic acid bacteria, or Sauerkraut? It may help to get free from lactose intolerance.. we need some good bacteria in our digestion system, and it is also benficial for other health problems..

Yes, this may not be a big help for the people like you and me who are lactose intolerant, but for others this is a big boon to get pure natural milk supplied at the door step!

Which part of India they started the business? I have seen people are selling milk on door to door basis in a bicycle. I have never bought that milk but many are the regular customer of that milk man. I am buying the packet milk of AMUL or MOTHER DIARY, however, impure they are. I think our body become resistant to those impurities already.
