on the whole I prefer rice, I don't cope with wheat very well, though chapatti flour doesnt give me headaches like some bread does

well thats good
but i like chapati only
as i am obess and rice will put up my weight
so i have no more interest in rice
but see the consequences am in tamil ndau dese days and people eat only rice here

I like Chapatis as well as rice.
But I mostly prefer rice for my meal.Since I am living in Konkan we eat lots of rice and fish.
I eat chapati in the morning for my breakfast and whenever Chicken or Mutton is prepared in the House.
But everyday I eat rice.
