Black or blue pen for writing?

I have a collection of pens and they are in different colors. I have blue, black, red, pink, brown, sky blue, orange, etc. I have a collect of planner journals and I like writing on paper a lot.

I chose black ink because it was more clearly visible.

When I was a student, I want to use black and red ballpen for my notebook but we have a school policy that the students are only allowed to use blue ballpen so I can't do anything to accept their school policy, but after I graduated you'll see that all of my ballpens are now color black and red! It is so fulfilling to myself that I'm able to use the pen that I really want to use since when I was young

I love blue inks. But I use black if it is formal.

I love pens and most of the time I use a black pen because it's universal.

I like black more, but i usually use it for drawing. I like to write with graphite pen rather than blue.

It doesn't really worry me but I hate it when a pen won't flow smoothly.

Blue Bic ball point pen. Always.

Black is nice, but blue just makes work more fun. Even though it is a formal color, there is just something about it that makes it more fun.

@pitstop I still have to fill out forms at times so I write in black and for other things I use blue ink.

I usually use black ballpens. I just love the strong color of black.

I prefer to write with black or red. I hardly use blue. I prefer a gel pen that writes smooth. I still use a lot of pen..to write my to do list, to make my grocery list, to pen don the points for my articles. I think I still belong to the older generation.

My writing habit has taken a hit after having computers and smartphones.... but when I write I prefer to write with a blue ink pen

I used to write with blue pen. However, I am comfortable with black too.

black is cooler... but sometimes blue is nice.. i don't really have a preference but some forms only accept black

Black, I was used to using black because its the standard ink color we use in school and in work. However, for fun and personal use, I like using other colors too.
