A good day starts with walking

It was very hot this morning. I didn''t want to go to the park to exercise. So I walked on the treadmill at home.
I walked at the speed of six. It took me half an hour to walk three kilometers. My clothes were all wet. But I felt very comfortable.
After walking, I felt energetic. Did you exercise today?

Swimming is definitely a good way to exercise, it's a pity that I can't swim.

i don't do strenuous exercises but walking in our house is my way of flexing and extending my joints.

mentally exercise with this site, yes. Physically exercise... hmm, I have been eating lots, making my digestive system working, would that count as exercise??? (half an hour for a three km, that is good. It would take me about 40min or about, to cover that distance I think. I have duck feet & legs .)

I like walking but outdoors. It is very hot these days so I have to either walk early in the morning or at night.

Yes, when the weather is hot, we can't go out to exercise except in the morning and evening.

Yes I know. I used to do a lot of walking once upon a time but then got out of it. I think I injured something and now trying to get back into it but slowly.

I just did about 30 minutes of walking after I drove my kids to school. I love going for walks very early in the morning at the break of dawn. I hardly do that now because I drive my kids to school and when I get back the sun's up and too hot already. But I still go for short walks with my umbrella. I just try to walk on shaded areas for the most part.
When I'm home, I usually do my dance workout. I'm not a sweaty person and it takes more than 30 minutes before I actually begin to sweat, though not even profusely. Yikes. But better than not exercising at all.

It is my ideal time to exercise for half an hour every day. I often spend half an hour walking on a treadmill or walking on campus. Keep exercising. I wish you good health forever.
