A sweet and spicy morning

Hello mylotters.
I posting right from the kitchen preparing breakfast. I an making kheer (sweet) and cheese bread(spicy) and wishing you all sweet and spicy morning.
I was not active here from part 3-4 days as some activities kept me busy but more I am back and I hope to be around you all day today.

good morning on a Wednesday. i will be out the whole afternoon today. i have to go to school and later to the hospital in the city for my check-up.

@anamika161088 it was my regular check-up. i showed to my cardiologist the result of the PTPA examination extracted in late afternoon last Wednesday.

@lady1993 It's good to take less spicy foods for the stomach. Our taste buds are adapted to spicy ones.

@Janet357 I take wheat flour, rawa and add some oil, curd, salt in it. Then with water, make a dough of it. It's then baked in oven till get crispy brown. This is bati..
Dal is yellow pulse prepared with fried onions, garlic and tomatoes to add flavors

India is divided into states and each state has something famous. I come from Rajasthan and Dal-Bati is one of the most famous dish here

I love kheer too. I have not tried white rice kheer. I am told it is verey tasty. It will not be long before I try it Basmati rice is what I shall use.

It's tasty indeed. I make it once or twice in a month.
I prepare it with basmati rice and it turns awesome. Try it and you will love it
