Do you like drinking coffee?

I’m a coffee drinker and I can’t start my work without coffee. I also make sure that I eat even a little to avoid hyper acidity. I love brewed coffee because it is healthy than the instant coffee or instant coffee mix (3-in-1). I feel that drinking coffee mix is sugar with coffee flavor. Where do I buy coffee? I have a friend who goes home to their province every two weeks in Batangas. It is one of most popular place where you can get fresh coffee beans for a lower price. It is PHP250 (13USD) for 1 kilo. I don’t drink coffee in the coffee shop like Starbucks and Coffee Bean because I feel they add too much sugar too. What about you, do you like drinking coffee?

@mrsbsantiago As long as you drink not as much as mine, I think it will be ok. Right now I cant drink coffee since my doctor said no, including my mom. So I drink tea instead for a while haha

I have never really liked the flavour of coffee so I don't drink it. I find it strange that so many people seem obsessed with drinking several cups a day!

Coffee can be addictive that's why we drink 3 cups or more.

They sell coffee beans in Starbucks but I haven't tried it yet. My husband loves iced coffee in McDonald's. I only take a sip whenever he has one because it's not good for nursing moms. I read somewhere that caffeine will affect the baby's sleeping pattern or some sort. Whether it's true or not, I should be super careful.

@mrsbsantiago true enough. I'm extra careful everytime. It's a good thing my taste buds are not used to junk foods or unhealthy foods. Do you like tea as well?

@moichan I rarely drink tea. I usually drink tea whenever I sick like when I have a cough. I made ginger tea.

It is true. I read more about coffee and being a mom. It is really bad because what you eat is what your baby will get.

This includes coffee with chicory, right?I was wondering because I know they make coffee with chiicory there, and I would guess a lot of people prefer that to plain coffee.

Yes, I like drinking coffee but I have stopped a few years ago because I noticed that I get palpitations whenever I finish a cup of coffee. So now, I just have decaffeinated tea from Healthy Options. It's Green Tea Kombucha Decaf that supplies antioxidant.

During my high school days, I can't sleep without having a cup of coffee before going to bed. It's a habit. Now, it's totally different. There are instances that I will experience a heart palpitation if I drink coffee. Not always the case but I was advised to limit my coffee consumption now.

@ZedSmart Oh that’s true. The aroma is tempting that you may want to have a cup. You can join them once they finished drinking coffee.

@mrsbsantiago I should need to avoid other members of the family when they have their cup because the aroma is really inviting.
