should I make a blog or should I learn html and other things???

If you've signed up for a blog that's a good start. Get some content up there and get some visitors, then you can start learning some HTML to customize your blog or even create your own Web site later on.

Blogger.com is the best place to get started I would suggest writing about subjects that you have knowledge of. Make your articles at least 400 to 600 words in length try to add content at least once a week and when you get better do it at least every other day and then ping your blog to either "ping o matic" or "ping goat" so the search engines can grab your blog, they love blogs especially the one's that add content to it regularly this is how you get traffic to your site.

You can start out by building a blog with no html knowledge through sites like blogger.com. If you want to have a really COOL blog, you will learn some html, but it certainly isn't necessary. I think to have a good blog your best skill would be writing well and knowing your visitors' interests. I have a niche blog for digital scrapbook freebies that I design at http://pillowgirlscraps.blogspot.com. It isn't a major blog, gets about 3000 pageloads a day, but the people who come to my blog get what they came for so they keep coming back. I do know some html but I am no expert.
