I remember skipping rope used to be a game for us in the childhood. The more skipping at a go means winning.
Skipping rope is a good exercise as well. I am thinking to buy one for me. It's been years I did it.
Have you ever did skipping the rope?

I still remember my school days. The school recorded our sports activity that included skipping. My record showed 72 a minute.

I used to do it regularly as an exercise. But after some health complications, I have not done it in last 12 years. My daughters do it and it is still on exercise regime of my husband..he does it twice in a week.

I used to. I have actually thought about getting a hula hoop again. That is where I carry most of my extra weight.

Yes, during my childhood days too, I can do so many tricks in it; we jump in two's with two playmates holding and tossing each end of the rope. Now, I can not do it because of my injured knee. But I will try. Thanks.

I remember it with two holding and moving it while one in between skips. It is an awesome memory.
What happened to your knee?
