Some churches are against the usage of drugs when sick, you just pray and believe you are healed, they are of the opinion that way back in Jesus time there was no drugs and faith was just the healing medicine.
Do you believe in faith healing or you take some drugs when sick?

I practice Reiki healing on myself and my family. I hate taking pills and will only take them as a last resort.

@Sojourn I have received the first attunement from a Reiki Master and am able to channel the energy myself. I am hoping to receive the second level attunement soon so I can open my own practice and charge for the service. I'm also into Aromatherapy, massage therapy and Qigong.

I do believe in faith healing, i also believe that if you are stressed, the more you are the more your body will deteriorate and suffer. if you just relax and let your body heal itself too, you can feel that you will be healed. Of course with prayers and positive thinking - anything is impossible.

I think I'd better take some medicine when I'm sick.

If I feel a cold coming on I usually start drinking hot tea and take cough drops. That keeps my cold from getting bad. If I wait too long before I drink the tea I take Tylenol cough medicine.
