Morning VS Night Bath

Taking a bath in the morning helps you boost up your senses after your 8-hour slumber. Taking a warm bath at night lowers your blood pressure. It will also give you a good night sleep. Me? I take a warm bath at night. Since I'm a 24/7 mommy on duty, taking care of a 10-month old baby. He sleeps from 7pm to 5am which I'm trying to adjust on. Which one do you think is better? On weekdays, I shampoo my hair every other night and bath my body in the morning, like these days where the water is a bit cold already. But during summer, I always take a bath at night. It makes me so refreshed and wanting to sleep already.

@moichan We used to have a heater in our bathroom upstairs. But it got busted one day. From my talk with our electrician at the office, it will get busted always if the water supply is low. Which is true, because our water supply at the second floor is so low. Even downstairs the shower also gets smaller amount of water than through the ordinary faucet.

@SIMPLYD thank you for letting me know. I'm actually planning to have one installed by the end of the year. But it seems like we'll have tons of water interruption here. So i think i still have to wait until stuff are settled down with maynilad.

I sometimes do the same! If the electricity bill is not that high, I would love to buy a hot&cold shower machine. So I can have unlimited warm baths

It depends on where I am. I plunge to cold water if I am in lowland areas in our country

May I know how old you are? I'm thinking you're on the younger side. I used to do the same when my knee joints are not hurting when it's cold.

@moichan I grew up here in Baguio. It is most likely that I need to heat water before taking bath.

It depends on your situation. I like both but when I take a hot bath at night it is mainly for relaxation purposes.
