Start the day with a walk

Walking may be a little undesirable for some people, but for others it may be a necessity. In my case today I walked seven kilometers and I do it daily in the morning and in the afternoon, then to rest, it is also good for your heart since you do a bit of cardio daily and sometimes it is necessary, very good for those who suffer from stress or cardiac arrhythmia, with exercise improve your condition.

Yeah...It is very good to health and i am going to make it as a habit... Also start a day by Oil pulling before brushing teeth...It cure more disease

@Iam_jauntyjen Should mouth wash using Sesame oil not water...Also must do for 5 minutes without splitting out...

I enjoy hiking, cycling and swimming. I spend a lot of time on-line, or woodworking or practicing guitar in my house. But like to get out as well.

i totally agree! I walk early in the morning before cooking breakfast whenever I have time.

Not everyone have time to do that, especially when it is not in the weekend
