Shifting seasons

I'm sure our seasons are shifting. I remember when I was young that the seasons fitted in to where they were supposed to be. Summer was hot, autumn (fall) was getting cooler, winter was cold and spring was warming up. Now they seem to be all over the place. Here in Australia, spring is supposed to start on Saturday (1st September.) But this week we have had (here in Victoria, at least) some of the coldest overnight temperatures for 60 years, complete with heavy frosts, and whilst we have had a few warm days, today is back to overcast and very cold. Do you think the weather patterns have changed where you live?

Christmas always used to be stinking hot when I was young but nowadays it seems summer should be from January to March. So yes, I think the weather patterns have changed.

although we only have 2 seasons, it can be annoying and such a hassle when it suddenly rains and you don't have an umbrella.
