Yes, Charles Philip. Playing Chess games is good for mental exercise. You can have great brain power if you can have 3 or 5 advance moves or more. It takes more practice and earning self-learning skills in chess. Read chess books and great games by popular chess masters. You have to learn chess notations and the use of a timer. And, the best challenging your best opponents.

I learned to play when I was 9. Then when I was nearly 12 I went to senior school and joined their Chess Club. I took me one visit to realise how bad I was at the game compared to the other boys. After that I stuck to other activities.

I love Chess and have been a school champion in Chess competitions. It definitely helps to improve focus and mental strength. I am grateful to my dad for introducing me to Chess right when I was just 4 years old.

I don't kniw how to play chess. I think it is for smart people and I am not that smart. Lol
