Hello, hello how are we all doing here.
Yes what is the best advice you have gotten.
This is sort of hard, best advice I had to think about this one.
For me is to be positive, breathe, enjoy life,do the best that you can do with your health issues.
I should be happy a man of my age.If I touch the floor when I get up in the morning. That is a good sign for m.
How about you. What is the best there for you.
The photo is mine.We had this for years.
Bloom every year. But will mot last too long.

I have two or three, that has pushed me through life.
Put God first and all thing are possible. I was raised this way.
Stop worrying and just give your problems to God. - Oprah
Get out and make a life because when you get old enough to draw S.S. it more than likely won`t exist anymore. - My dad

My mother wanted to talk to me on my wedding day. I was worried that she´d start with the little bees and the blossoms. But she told me that during my marriage I would meet all sorts of people, some more rich, some more poor than us. To all of them I should treat with love and invite even with a cup of tea and a piece of bread. Her advise has helped me have the best of friends.

A friend told me quit trying to fix the past. He said too many people dwell in the past - too much mental energy going towards something that isn't going to change. Focus and live in the now . . . and do what you can to prepare for the future.

I like your attitude, I too am a positive person. Enjoying my life is important. I do know its going to get harder the older I get but I pretend I'm young... Thanks for the birthday wishes.

I think advice changes as we age. What is good advice for us now wasn't necessarily important when younger.

I think one of the colleagues who had joined in my first employment. He told me madam you should plan early so that by the time you are fifty or so, you at least do not have financial worries to trouble you, because health issues do crop up later on. He also told me to organize things like papers, and other things especially insurances as later on memory starts failing. He was a chartered accountant, and that kind of remained in mind. I am not rich. I just have enough. But that said, I know many people who suffer because they thought they would do their retirement planning later, after kids grew up. They kind of banked on kids to help them some, but such things did not materialize. I subconsciously followed that and I still remember him when I turn those insurance documents.

to think for myself and recognize that without looking out for myself first I'll never be in any fit state to help others either

Best advice comes from a song: "Always drink upstream from the herd!"
Seriously, the Jerry Reed song "Smell the Flowers" is fabulous advice, and I'm glad I'm doing that ("smell the flowers while the roses bloom, take the time and sing a happy tune").

To never give in and to Just keep breathing. Both are songs from amazing bands that really helped me through those teenage years.
