Overwhelmed

Hi guys! It's Saturday noon here at my end.
I just woke and still feeling a little sleepy.
Last night, I was overwhelmed by too much information on my online course that I had enrolled in. I stayed up until wee hours in the morning until my daughter asked for milk. Because I was almost half awake, I gave her coffee instead of milk. My bad!!!
Our emergency web meeting has just ended and later in the afternoon,we will have a conference call again. But before that, I have to bring my daughter to the ballpit first so she'll have time to mingle with fellow toddlers. I am going to be busy as a bee today.
What are your plans for today?

@Iam_jauntyjen Guys should always only be used to address to YOUNG people, you should avoid to use this here, other users dislike this term a lot.

Oh sorry @LadyDuck. I should have been more mindful.
In my mother-country ,"guys" can be a group of people regardless of gender.
Here's a scenario, I am talking to a group of friends of mix gender. I say. " hey guys! Have you heard about the latest news ...
