The most likely explanation is that your image file size is larger than 3MB. myLot can only upload images if the file size is 3MB or smaller. Reduce the size of your image using an image editing application (I find that images where the largest dimension is of the order of 1000px are quite adequate for display here). The other most likely explanation is that your Internet connection is slow or jittery.

The good news now is you can already post, proof is this discussion. Maybe you need to use other browsers also.
