My native language is arabic, (i can speak french, english and japanese too). I'm here to improve my english. Is this a good idea or i'm just wasting my time ? Anyone here like me ?

You may pick up some new words but I have serious doubts that you will improve your English as there are unfortunately quite a lot of native speakers who can't use it correctly.

I also love learning foreign languages, I'm currently learning Japanese it is a bit harder, but it's really fun, so I don't really mind. Is anyone else here learning Japanese ?

I hail from a country which is having about 850 languages including the dialects, which is a World Record. I these languages my native language is 'Telugu' a dravidian language and people speaking Telugu are known as Italians of East as the language is as musical as Italian language!

Actually, they teach us english anf french at school so a lot of moroccans can speack 3 to four languages.

I am American and speak English. That is USA English, and Alabama English is not something that would ever help you unless you are in Alabama.

My native language is Marathi but I can read, write and speak English fluently. Posting on Mylot in English would definitely help in improving English writing skills.

I think you can pick up a bit more, but western english is different from the other hemispheres. I mean some Asian students learn online with North Americans and the english is so different with a million and one different meanings for one word. You can certainly try

My native language is Cebuano.I learned English and Filipino from school.I learn to speak 2 other dialects when I was in college from the community.I learned Arabic from work and presently studying German for now.I think you can improve your English communication skills here but if you want to improve your grammar,this is not the place.

Ohk...I speak Tamil, malayalam, English and Hindi...and I have two native languages... Malayalam and Tamil...and yeah Tamil is the oldest language in the planet..and it is the mother of all Dravidian languages...Telugu, Kannada and malayalam was originated from Tamil...
