Melody I said no to junk foods and soft drinks since I have thyroid. It’s quite challenging for but I have to avoid them for my health. So I just drink water instead of soft drinks.

Melody I don’t buy an expensive decor or anything that expensive. I’d rather spend my money on important things or whats needed. But of course also buy home decor in reasonable prices.

Melody I eat 1 egg everyday. Sometimes 2 eggs in a day because I have to and need it . My doctor recommended this for my thyroid. I rarely eat eggs before but now I eat it almost everyday.
