Gogata Ionut @Adie04 yep, it's better to have a contract. I always try to sign contracts with simple and clear causes. You do this, I do that. You do that, I do this. On that date, this happens and so on.

Gogata Ionut @wolfgirl569 yep, they are really nasty. The polar vortex is not so stable anymore, it doesn't stay at the Pole anymore. There will be more and more episodes like this one in the years to come.

Gogata Ionut Sometimes is the owner, some time is the tenants. But when a problem occurs, I think it's best to inform the owner about it first. Then agree with him on a solution. Hopefully your problem will be solved before the new year comes
