Yesterday, I read one of mylotter's posts about darkness or something. That makes me remember the current situation in the dorm that I rent. Since last week, the fluorescent light in one of the bathroom showers has been broken....

Adie @Kasjnak I agree. But in some cases like here, owners are too lazy to create agreements because they know it is students that rent the place. But yeah, when there's no agreement, they can do as they please.

Adie Well, like what I have mentioned in the post, we did tell the owner quite a several times since last week. Imagine most of us keep reminding the owner to to do the maintenance, but what did she do? Leave early for Christmas and ends up asking us to replace it...
