Gogata Ionut Sometimes is the owner, some time is the tenants. But when a problem occurs, I think it's best to inform the owner about it first. Then agree with him on a solution. Hopefully your problem will be solved before the new year comes

Gogata Ionut You know, I think that most people don't even look up. Two days aho I was visiting my parents and I went out in the middle of the night. Freezing, but the sky was awesome, no clouds, just stars everywhere and I could also see the Milky Way. Beautiful!
