Look at the bread I made tonight / myLot

Actually it was a common bread I used to have in my childhood. It is a bread with cream and shredded coconut. Somewhat it became less popular today. I tried to make it tonight and it is so successful. I am so pleased to it

. It looks more like brioche than like bread. Are you putting eggs and/or milk in the dough ?

Yes, I put an egg and milk inside the dough

Actually I put the ingredients inside the bread machine and the dough will be ready after 1:30 hours

@topffer This is why it is the advantage of having a bread machine for me. I think the name brioche is better because it is shorter

@1creekgirl Then using hand to make the dough is fine. I know some people are very good at it and they don't find it difficult. I am just a lazy person and especially I can only make this after work. So I don't have much time for it.

@youless Also the French "Chinois" and the Italian "Maritozzi" are made using flour, eggs and a little sugar, they are only a little sweet.

@youless Yes you are right. Plus you know what you out in there. Whenever my mother bakes a cake it taste better than what I buy. Nowadays we don't buy from outside. We prefer to eat homemade.
