Down with cough and cold

These two are the most disturbing ailments. No medicine gives you good relief and you just feel so horrible. I hate these coughs and colds.

it could be due to climate changes or pollen that may cause throat irritation. flu-like symptoms occur even during summer time.

My weapon is vicks although I have not had these "ailments" for a while For cough I suppose hot water would help

Cold and cough surely drains all the energy. I really don't like getting it. I recently recovered from it. Get well soon.

That’s true. I hate these cough and cold too. Especially when sleeping It’s really disturbing . I just take medicines for cough and cold and drink lemon and ginger tea. And it helps me getting better
