What do you guys think about unconditional love ?
Loving your parents, siblings, your children, your family in general, even if they're aweful to you ? Does it make sens ?
Personally, i can't. It doesn't matter who you are ! If you're aweful to me, i might not be aweful to you in return, but for sure i won't even like you.

God gives me unconditional loves. No one else.

Is there really such a thing? Sometimes I want to believe it exists but at some points I know it does not.

If someone is mean to us then we might love them to a certain extent but we would love them more if they stopped being mean? What do you think?

@Babino I have never witnessed such people.. It makes sense if the other person also loves you back unconditionally..

Sometimes it's hard and you can only do so much. Some people, you have to love from a distance.

The way I look at it is, you can love someone, care about their well being and help them in a time of need. Just because love them doesn't mean you have to like the kind of person they are. I love my brother and my daughter both, with all my heart, and wouldn't want anything to happen to them, But there are times when they make me mad because of their actions, at these times I don't like them at all!

@Babino One thing about it is, like they say, friends will come and go, but family will be there. They might not act right at times, but push come to shove, they've got my back if I really need them. Even right now as this hurricane is coming, they are calling to make sure I'm going to be alright.

The funny thing with unconditional love is, the giver just gives it away without thinking... I gave mine plenty away in all sort of directions. But years passed, I look back and think, 'gee, you are just sooooo soooo stupyd!!!' (If I had used my brain to reason at the time, I swear I wouldn't have given that sort of love away! )

Mostly, mothers exhibit unconditional love. They don't see the flaw or negative side of their children what they only see is the desire to help their child experience happiness. That is unconditional love. It may not be obvious to others but it is still there.

Do you know what unconditional love is really. It's family, friends and coworkers working together. It's understanding that people have bad days and are tired or get confused. Realizing that you have bad days to and no one is faultless.
