Usually my son will go to bed at about 10pm. But last night after I washed the dishes, I noticed that he lied on his bed. It was about 8:30pm. At first I thought he just wanted to take a break but then he kept sleeping until this morning
I don't know what he did in school yesterday. It must be a toughed day than usual. I am glad that he is fine. I was worried whether he was ill since he slept so early

@youless Same as mine. He wakes up at 6 in the morning during school days. He usually arrives home at 6pm. When he's exhausted, he would nap until 9pm and then study until midnight.

My two sons, when they were younger, both are grown now, had very different sleep habits. Our oldest preferred to stay up late and sleep late. Our youngest would wake early and go to bed early. Now our oldest has a job where he has to be up before the sun most days and our youngest goes to work late morning.

Some days are more tiring than others....applies for the kids too! I think it's very cute, as long as he doesn't make a habit out of it. 8 hours sleep at night is just about right for a day.

Perhaps getting some extra sleep is preventing him from getting sick. My children, when they were young, went to bed at 8, then it was 8:30, and then they chose.

Sometimes kids get tired caused by their activities. My kids did that sometimes as well. Don't worry.

My daughter has been sleeping at 11 o'clock in the evening for the last two days. She had too much homework to do. I hope the teacher will not assign so much homework.

The kid we have at house sleeps after arriving from school. He is kindergarten and school finish at four afternoon. Once he get into the house, he would lay on the seat and sleep there until night. We would have difficulty awaking him for his dinner at night because he cries. Studying must be very tiring for him.
