5 days ago I called the bank and asked them if they charge any fee if I withdraw my paypal cash and send it to my bank account. They told me they charge only 2% of the amount. I send withdraw $5 to my bank and today I received it. $5 = RS168 but they charged me RS100 and I was left with RS68 only. I call that stealing. I am going to call the tomorrow and ask them about it.

Indeed I just made a decision to keep my money in paypal rather than to the bank. So sick how they steal public money and always has an excuse.

@BabeSays I do not do it much. I know banks here charge you for so much. I will never understand why they charge you for putting money into it. I thought that is what we are suppose to do.

@Hannihar You are right. My friend. They shouldn't be charging us to put our money in there. That's why banks were made for.

That is a lot of money. Maybe you can find other ways of withdrawing the money.

No I'll just leave it in paypal. Withdraw is way too costly and I lose most of my earnings.

I know next to nothing about paypal/bank fees and such. I just leave the money in my paypal and use it for books...I expect I get charged some currency conversion fees but I don't notice them as I probably should

I'm sorry to hear this not so good experience with your bank. It would have been better if they clarify things first. They've got more than what you have received.
