5 days ago I called the bank and asked them if they charge any fee if I withdraw my paypal cash and send it to my bank account. They told me they charge only 2% of the amount.
I send withdraw $5 to my bank and today I received it. $5 = RS168 but they charged me RS100 and I was left with RS68 only.
I call that stealing. I am going to call the tomorrow and ask them about it.

I sugest you keep your money their. It's better to use to purchase things that you can pay with paypal.

That is a lot of money. Maybe you can find other ways of withdrawing the money.

I know next to nothing about paypal/bank fees and such.
I just leave the money in my paypal and use it for books...I expect I get charged some currency conversion fees but I don't notice them as I probably should
