Is LGBT legal in your country?

Recently, my country did away with Section 377, a part of the Penal Code which criminalized activities of a homosexual nature. It is a step in the right direction, of which I am greatly proud, as an Indian citizen as well as a member of the LGBTQIA community.

Here, in Romania, it's legal, but our politicians and a big part of the population are taking steps in the wrong direction. On october 6 and 7 there will be a referendum for redefining the family: "a family consists of a husband, a wife and kids". This gives no chance to LGBT people if they want a family.
We are heading back to the middle age...

Not entirely legal. A law should be imposed to protect the rights of the LGBTQ community. By the way, I am a proud supporter of the LGBTQ community. Love always wins!
